Seeking out counseling can be intimidating for a variety of reasons. I strive to ease the anxiety surrounding this process by establishing a solid therapeutic relationship with each of my clients from the very beginning. By using approaches that promote an environment of safety and trust, I hope to help de-stigmatize the idea of “going to counseling” and foster healing through these relationships.
