I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides individual, family, and couples therapy services. I work to create and maintain a very positive client-therapist relationship filled with trust and compassion. I seek to empower and motivate my clients to use their strengths along with new ways of thinking and behaving to live a more fulfilling life. My treatment approach is adjusted for each individual, couple, or family so you get what you need out of therapy.
I have experience working with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds. I provide treatment for a variety of mental health concerns, family and parenting issues, couples/relationship issues, and sexual health related concerns from adolescence to late adulthood.
