You know your life and your struggles best. As a therapist, I am committed to discovering who you are within the context of your environment. This holistic understanding helps me tailor how I approach sessions to suit your needs. Starting from a person-centered, multicultural approach, I am intentionally integrative with the therapeutic techniques & modalities I utilize in sessions. Above all, my primary goal as a therapist is to create a space that is welcoming and safe for individuals of all backgrounds and identities.

I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in-training. I obtained my master’s degree in Professional Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University, and earned the National Certified Counselor credential in the summer of 2024. My previous clinical experience includes working with individuals navigating life changes, college-aged students & young adults, LGBTQIA+ related issues, career counseling, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and stress management.
